At Bespoke Behavioral Services, we make the process simple, supportive, and tailored to your child. Every family begins with two important steps before moving into ongoing therapy packages.
Step 1: Free Consultation Call
We start with a complimentary phone consultation. During this call, we:
– Learn more about your child’s unique needs, strengths, and family priorities.
– Explain how ABA therapy works and answer any questions you may have.
– Outline what the therapy process will look like for your family.
– Provide guidance on which package might best fit your goals and schedule.
This first step ensures you feel confident and fully informed before beginning services.
Step 2: Intake & Initial Assessment
One-Time Fee: 1500 SAR
Your family’s journey begins with an in-depth intake session and direct observation. This includes:
– Reviewing your child’s developmental history and daily routines.
– Discussing behaviours you’d like addressed and identifying key strengths.
– Collaboratively setting meaningful, individualized goals.
– Conducting an observation of your child in their natural setting to understand their current skills and needs.
Following the intake, we will design a personalized treatment plan. This plan clearly outlines the recommended Behaviour Analytical Services, therapy intensity, and targeted goals.
This fee covers approximately 2 hours spent directly with your family, along with several hours dedicated behind the scenes to carefully review information, prepare resources, and develop a personalized treatment plan for your child’s success.
The treatment plan is shared upon receipt of the intake fee.

Our ABA Therapy Packages
Our therapy packages are designed to give families flexibility and clarity while ensuring your child receives consistent, high-quality care. Each package combines:
Direct Therapy Hours – face-to-face with your child
Indirect Clinical Hours – program planning, data analysis, resource creation, parent updates, and supervision
Packages are valid for 90 days from purchase and must be arranged before therapy sessions begin. This allows us to schedule your child’s program with consistency and commitment from the very start.
These packages allow families to choose the level of support that best matches their child’s needs and schedule.

4 Direct Hours + 1 Clinical Hour

Focused Package – 10 Hours
8 Direct Hours + 2 Clinical Hours
