Getting Started with ABA Therapy
At Bespoke Behavioral Services, we make the process simple, supportive, and tailored to your child. Every family begins with two important steps before moving into ongoing therapy packages.

Step 1: Free Consultation Call
We start with a complimentary phone consultation. During this call, we:
– Learn more about your child’s unique needs, strengths, and family priorities.
– Explain how ABA therapy works and answer any questions you may have.
– Outline what the therapy process will look like for your family.

This first step ensures you feel confident and fully informed before beginning services.

Step 2: Intake & Initial Assessment
One-Time Fee: 2000 SAR
Every program at Bespoke begins with a comprehensive assessment. This is the foundation of your child’s treatment plan, and every goal we write is drawn directly from what we find here.

The assessment includes:
– A detailed intake interview covering your child’s developmental history, daily routines, and your family’s priorities.
– Discussion of the behaviors you would like addressed, alongside the strengths we can build on.
– Direct observation of your child in their natural setting.
– A structured skills assessment appropriate to your child’s age and current abilities, establishing a clear baseline we can measure progress against.
– Collaborative goal setting, based on what the assessment shows.

Following the assessment, we design a personalized treatment plan. This plan sets out the recommended Behavior Analytic Services, the therapy intensity we advise, and the specific goals we will target.

This fee covers approximately 2 to 3 hours spent directly with your family, along with several hours behind the scenes to score the assessment, analyze the information gathered, prepare resources, and write the treatment plan.

The treatment plan is shared within two to three weeks of the assessment being completed and the fee being received.

Ongoing Reassessment
Every Six Months: 2000 SAR
Progress is only meaningful if it is measured against something. Every six months, we repeat a formal assessment to:

– Measure your child’s progress against their original baseline.
– Retire goals that have been mastered and write new ones.
– Adjust therapy intensity and priorities as your child’s needs change.
– Keep the treatment plan accurate and clinically current.

Following each reassessment, you receive an updated treatment plan and a written progress summary in plain language, setting out what your child has achieved, what we are working on next, and our current recommendations.

This summary is yours to share with your child’s school, pediatrician, or other providers.
Reassessment is a required part of continuing services with Bespoke.
