Services Provided
Bespoke Behavioral Services specializes in evidence-based behavioral modification strategies. While we employ scientifically validated methods to promote positive behavior change, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, as results may vary based on individual circumstances and
commitment to the program.

How we Operate
At Bespoke Behavioral Services, packages are expected to be paid in advance and times will be organised that are suitable for both your child’s needs and therapist’s availability.

Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the intake process. You agree to follow the treatment plan developed by your therapist and attend scheduled appointments.

Payment Terms
All services require prepayment through bank transfer. Session scheduling is only available after payment confirmation, and insurance requests are to be completed individually.

Confidentiality
We prioritize your privacy and confidentiality. All personal information shared during sessions is protected under HIPAA regulations. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

Limitation of Liability
Any damages resulting from your use of our services, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, are not Bespoke Behavioral Services’ responsibility. We do not guarantee results although our best attempts will always be made to fulfil client goals through our services.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

At Bespoke Behavioral Services, we understand that after payment situations may arise and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointments. To ensure that we can effectively accommodate all clients irrespective of any unforeseen issues, we established the following cancellation and rescheduling policy.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur the scheduled session hour being deducted from your pre-purchased session package.

Sickness Policy
We recognize that missing your child’s appointment due to illness is a legitimate reason for cancellation. However, in these situations you need to inform us 24 hours beforehand. We will consider each case individually and may waive deducting the scheduled session hour if you’re unable to give 24 hours’ notice due to unexpected illness.
Note: We reserve the right to request medical documentation.

Rescheduling Policy
If you would like to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred time. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a deduction from the prepaid session package.

No-Show Policy
A scheduled appointment missed without prior notice will be deemed a “no-show.” The scheduled session hour will be deducted from the pre-purchased package for any clients who fail to show up for their appointments without informing us.

Exceptions
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you experience an emergency or significant life event that prevents you from adhering to this policy, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis.

Code of Conduct

Our goal at Bespoke Behavioral Services is to provide a respectful and safe environment for all of our clients and employees. The standards for client conduct during sessions and contacts with our team are laid forth in this Code of Conduct.

Respect and Dignity
It is required of all clients to show dignity and respect to personnel and other clients. Verbal or physical abuse are examples of disrespectful behavior that will not be accepted.

Confidentiality
All clients must respect the confidentiality of other clients. There would be no discussion about other clients’ therapy sessions, and personal information should remain private. It won’t be discussed outside of the therapeutic environment.

Punctuality
Clients are expected to arrive on time for appointments. If you’re running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Arriving late may result in a shortened session.

Substance Use
Drugs and alcohol will not be tolerated before or during therapy sessions. If a client is intoxicated, they might be asked to leave and reschedule.

Feedback and Concern
We value feedback, hence we encourage all our clients to provide feedback about their experience. If you have concerns about your treatment or the conduct of staff, please address them directly with your therapist or contact our office.

Consequences of Violating the Code
Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in the termination of services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not adhere to these guidelines.
